Brecknock Township Fire Company’s 8th Annual Summer Clam Bake
$19 Chicken Clam Bake includes:
– 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken
– 1 Dozen Steamed Clams
– Seasoned Mini Potatoes with Onions and Carrots
– Ear of Corn
– Bottle of Water
$21 Shrimp Clam Bake includes:
– 1/2 lb. Gold Label Shrimp
– 1 Dozen Steamed Clams
– Seasoned Mini Potatoes with Onions and Carrots
– Ear of Corn
– Bottle of Water
$5 Extra “Baker’s” Dozen of Steamed Clams
– 1 “Baker’s” Dozen (13) Steamed Clams (Just in case the 1st dozen is not enough!)
We recommend pre-ordering all Clam Bakes to guarantee their availability.
Orders are due by July 10th at 6:00 PM
All bakes will be available for purchase at the Fire Company the day of the Clam Bake (Any Bakes bought from July 11th through the day of the event are an additional $1.00 per Bake), but limited supply will be on hand.
